WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week or 40% of your time at our office in Leeds, London, Bristol or Edinburgh.
About This Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity to work for Transaction Banking Solutions, in the Specialist Solutions team, who oversee large, complex, client implementation projects; covering a wide range of Transactional Banking products. Specialist Solutions are a front office function, responsible for ensuring that we deliver on our promises to clients, to set ourselves and our customers up for success, driving onboarding best practice and revenue realisation. A key objective of the team is to advance implementation processes across CIB to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for the bank's top clients.
This role will expand and strengthen your technical Transactional Banking knowledge and hone your presentation and communication skills, whilst giving you direct exposure to an ever-evolving regulatory banking environment - most importantly you'll be playing a crucial part in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Accountabilities: - Client First Methodology and Best Practice: You'll be an integral part of the team, working in partnership with a variety of colleagues and stakeholders across the business, focussed on client-facing projects for Corporate and Institutional Banking clients. Day to day responsibilities will include managing all aspects of complex client projects from kick-off to completion; running regular project calls, managing project artifacts, dealing directly with clients and escalating effectively when required.
- Oversight and Governance: You'll ensure that progress is controlled, driven, and reported regularly in a timely manner. Leading a professional approach to client implementation management, providing market-leading guidance and support in delivering positive outcomes whilst protecting the interests of both bank and client.
- End to end processes and procedures: You'll have input into the development our operating model, enhancing the various reporting tools and simplifying related processes and procedures, whilst maintaining consultation with all relevant internal partners.

What You'll Need - Strong market awareness (clients, industries, products, innovation, technology, financial regulation)
- Project Management experience in complex client implementation projects
- Knowledge of complex domestic and international Payables and Receivables products/solutions including e-channels, liquidity management, virtual accounting
- Broad experience in a professional, client centric roles, driven by outcome and stakeholder satisfaction
- Excellent interpersonal skills and evidence of collaboration with a wide variety of people (internally and externally) across a diverse spectrum of areas and backgrounds, with advanced communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
- Self-starter mentality, high levels of motivation and ability to work independently and self-sufficiently towards common goals, whilst striving towards continuous improvement personally and for the wider team
