We are looking for a detail-oriented Integrity & Data Controller/Analyst to maintain stock accuracy, enhance data management, and support warehouse operations with insightful reporting.

The Role

As an Integrity & Data Controller/Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of inventory data, conducting stock counts, analysing trends, and developing reports to support business decisions. You will work closely with various departments to enhance inventory processes and improve system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and manage stock counts, resolve discrepancies, and reduce shrinkage.
• Ensure accuracy in the inventory system, including stock records, pricing lists, and warehouse configurations.
• Develop reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights to the management team.
• Analyse stock trends, track expiring inventory, and generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
• Plan and test inventory software upgrades, ensuring system reliability.
• Act as a key liaison between departments such as IT, Purchasing, and Finance.
• Support warehouse teams by coordinating stock control and handling issues.
• Travel to other sites as needed to oversee inventory processes.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a professional with:

• A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data management and inventory software.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with SQL and reporting tools (training can be provided).
• Analytical skills with a solid understanding of inventory data structures.
• A clean driving license (preferred for site visits).
