If you're passionate about data, eager to learn, and ready to make an impact, this is your chance to become a Consultant within just 12 months.As a Graduate Data Analyst, you'll work on real client projects from day one, using the latest tools in analytics, AI, and data transformation. You'll be supported with structured training, mentorship, and a clear development plan designed to help you grow into a fully-fledged Consultant.This is a hybrid role based in Milton Keynes, with 2 days a week in the office - Mondays and Fridays , giving you the flexibility to balance collaboration and focus.What you'll be doing:

• Working as a Data Analyst to uncover insights and trends
• Designing data models and transformation processes
• Building dashboards and visualisations for business users
• Translating business needs into technical solutions
• Collaborating with consultants and stakeholders across industries

What we're looking for:

• A degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or other STEM fields
• Experience with SQL, Python, or similar tools
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Interest in business and management consulting
