Hours: Full-time, 9am - 5:30pm (1-hour break), Monday to Friday

About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly skilled Paediatrics Pharmacist to join an NHS hospital in London. This ongoing, full-time role offers a competitive pay rate of £33-37 per hour and is suitable for a dedicated professional with a strong background in paediatric pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert pharmaceutical care to paediatric patients within hospital wards
• Ensure the safe, effective, and appropriate use of medications for children
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Contribute to the development and implementation of paediatric pharmacy services and initiatives
• Advise on complex medication regimens for paediatric patients, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines
• Provide support for clinical decision-making and medication management
  
  

Requirements:

• Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
• Experience working in paediatrics (essential)
• Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage a busy and dynamic workload
