Cover Supervisor

A secondary school based in Hayes are looking for a cover supervisor to support classes across KS3 to KS5.

School are looking for someone to start after February half term.

This position is full time but school are open to part time applicants. Working hours are from 8:30am to 4:00pm.

Salary will depend on experience but it is minimum 100 per day.

School has available parking spaces.

Cover Supervisor - Hayes, London

• Supervise lessons: Ensure that the class follows the lesson plan, manage student behaviour, and provide support as needed.
• Ensure classroom management: Maintain discipline, handle minor disruptions, and ensure a positive learning environment.
• Support students: Offer help with individual tasks, assist with learning activities, and ensure students stay on track.
• Monitor attendance and behaviour: Take attendance and report any issues with behaviour or student welfare to the relevant staff.

Qualifications and Person Specification:

• Previous experience working in schools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Approachable and encouraging
• Training will be provided
