Role as a KS2 Teacher

As a KS2 teacher, you ll be responsible for delivering the national curriculum in a creative and engaging way, ensuring excellent progress for all pupils. You ll work as part of a strong and supportive phase team with access to high-quality planning resources and CPD opportunities.

KS2 Teacher Key Responsibilities Include:

• Planning and delivering exciting and challenging lessons tailored to KS2 learners
• Supporting children s development with a strong focus on progress and attainment
• Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Working closely with phase leaders and support staff to monitor and enhance pupil progress
• (For ECTs) Taking part in a structured induction and mentoring programme
• (For experienced teachers) Leading or contributing to curriculum enrichment initiatives
