Nail Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of nail care techniques, strong attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service and team morale. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail treatments while ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a range of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, nail art, and other nail enhancements.
• Provide professional advice on nail care, nail health, and suitable products.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with salon protocols.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends and techniques in nail services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Provide high-quality customer service by addressing client needs and resolving any concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences.
• Promote retail products and services to clients to enhance the overall nail care experience.
• Assist with the organization of the nail therapy area, including maintaining stock levels and cleanliness.
• Follow health and safety procedures and comply with salon policies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Nail Technology or Beauty Therapy.
• Proven experience as a Nail Therapist, with a portfolio of previous work.
• Knowledge of manicure, pedicure, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
• Passion for nail care and staying current with beauty trends.
• Strong attention to detail and creative flair.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and appointments in a fast-paced environment.
