Junior HSEQ Advisor

MK Search are currently working alongside a leading M&E contractor who have a strong presence across sectors such as Infrastructure upgrades, Commercial, Critical Services & Data Centre's.

Our client is currently looking to engage with junior HSQE Advisors who have come from a Civil Engineering background to join the London division and will be site based within London & surrounding areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an employee-owned company who put progression at the forefront of their business with scope to move into a Health & Safety Managers role.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Providing advice and support on all Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental matters.
• Conducting regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining HSQE procedures and documentation.
• Delivering toolbox talks, inductions, and training sessions to promote a safety-first culture.
• Investigating and reporting on incidents or near-misses, identifying corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
• Liaising with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to promote a positive HSQE culture
