CAFCASS Qualified Social Worker Private Law London

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide reports to the family courts, ensuring the child's voice is central to all proceedings.
• Work collaboratively with families and professionals to safeguard and promote the welfare of children involved in private law cases.
• Offer expert advice and support throughout the legal process, ensuring best practices are upheld.

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker with active Social Work England registration.
• Experience working within CAFCASS or similar settings, particularly in private law.
• Strong understanding of family court procedures and the legal framework surrounding child welfare.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

To be considered, it is essential that you have a recognised Social Work qualification (Social Work Degree or Diploma in Social Work) and full Social Work England registration as well as recent or significant relevant experience in a similar role.
