Agent - Earthworks

Carmichael UK is assisting our client in finding a skilled Agent for an earthworks project within a rail environment. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in a dynamic setting - working to a tight programme in a high pressured environment.

Key Duties:

• Prepare site documentation in readiness for the main works.
• Plan site welfare requirements to ensure compliance.
• Request third-party land access as necessary.
• Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders.
• Manage sub-contractors and review their site documentation.
• Organise inductions and conduct right-to-work checks.
• Act as shift lead during possessions.

If you have a background in construction, particularly with soil nailing, embankment stabilisation, or rock anchoring, and hold relevant PTS certification, we want to hear from you.
