Site Manager

We have a great opportunity for a Site Manager working with a fit out contractor in South West London on an education fit out project.

The Project is an internal fit out package of a school involving carpentry, joinery, and partitions.

You will be reporting to the Project Manager daily. Whilst managing the site, you must also be maintaining a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.

The project is working alongside a tier 1 main contractor, it is essential that the manager is a programme pusher, excellent at QA, and have a solid understanding of fit out packages.

The ideal Site Manager must have:

• Have CAT A / B Fit Out experience
• Carpentry / Joinery experience
• Longevity in roles with some of the contractors in the industry
• Have experience in delivering commercial fit outs
• Experience and understanding of the floor plate of the building
• Understanding of programmes and ability to handle minutes efficiently
• Experience successfully running fit out projects as a Site Manager on commercial projects
• Interpersonal skills so you can get on with the rest of the team
• SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall and Black Card/NVQ Level 6 certs
