Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in your career with a well-established sub-contractor?

We are seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor, ideally from a cladding, stone, brickwork, or external façade background. However, we are open to candidates with experience in other sub-contractor or main contractor roles.

The Role:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be a key part of an experienced commercial team, working alongside three other Quantity Surveyors. You will manage 3 4 projects simultaneously, with values reaching up to £6 million. These projects focus on restoration and conservation of both commercial and residential buildings, with a strong emphasis on external stone refurbishments and cladding, as well as some internal stonework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full cost management across multiple projects.
• Handling procurement, subcontractor management, and valuations.
• Ensuring projects stay within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Managing contract administration, financial reporting, and final accounts.
• Completing CVRs and project reconciliations.
• Liaising with clients, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.

What We re Looking For:

• 8+ years experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with the ability to work independently.
• Strong commercial acumen and contract management expertise.
• Experience in stone, cladding, external refurbishments, or a related field is preferred.
• Background in either sub-contracting or main contracting.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
