Yes - we're diving nose first into the world of scent, and we're looking for a standout Social Media Manager to take the reins and build the brand from the ground up.

The Role

This isn't just a social media gig - it's a launchpad. You'll be the digital voice behind an entirely new fragrance brand, crafting its personality and growing a community from scratch. You'll also contribute to the broader social strategy across our portfolio of bold, culture-led consumer brands.

Working closely with our content creators, brand managers, digital marketers, and designers, you'll plan and deliver high impact, organic and paid campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more. Always plugged in, trend-savvy, and quick on your feet, you'll be ready to jump into a live story or reel the moment inspiration strikes.

This role requires a confident understanding of paid social - from setting up and optimising ads to analysing performance and driving ROI. You'll know how to use paid tools not just for boosting content, but as a strategic lever for brand building, acquisition, and campaign amplification.

What You'll Do

  • Build and execute multi-channel social strategies with a strong, consistent brand voice
  • Grow and engage audiences organically through high-quality content and community management
  • Plan and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube (and more)
  • Use targeting, creative testing, and analytics to improve reach, engagement, and conversions
  • Collaborate with the creative & content teams to deliver scroll stopping, culturally relevant content
  • Be hands on during shoots and behind the scenes moments, and comfortable stepping in front of the camera too
  • Lead campaign and product launch planning, ensuring cohesive storytelling across channels
  • Monitor insights, analyse performance, and optimise based on data
  • Stay deeply connected to cultural and social trends - and act on them before they peak

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing social media for a consumer brand (ideally beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG)
  • A portfolio or examples of accounts you've grown from zero or scaled significantly
  • Hands-on experience running paid social campaigns, including targeting, budgeting, creative testing, and reporting
  • Confident in using data to inform creativity and demonstrate ROI
  • Comfortable in front of the camera and leading content creation
  • Hyper-organised and adaptable in fast-paced, agile environments
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills
  • A collaborative mindset with lots of ideas and energy
  • Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Later, Sprout, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.)

Bonus Points

  • Experience launching a brand from the ground up
  • Previous agency or multi-brand portfolio experience
  • Passion for fragrance, beauty, and emerging consumer trends
