Science Technician - Immediate Start in Slough

We're working with a 'Good' Ofsted-rated secondary school in Slough that's looking to hire a Science Technician for an immediate start. This is a long-term role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

The Role of a Science Technician:

• Full-time position: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM with a 1-hour break)
• Support science teachers from Year 7 to A-Level
• Prepare and set up practical experiments for Biology, Chemistry, and Physics
• Maintain laboratory equipment, stock materials, and ensure health & safety protocols
• Assist in lessons and provide technical support for students and teachers

Who We're Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of Biology, Chemistry, and Physics
• Previous experience in a school lab is desirable but not essential
• A proactive and organised individual with a keen eye for detail
