Academics is supporting a thriving nursery in Dorking in their search for an enthusiastic and organised Assistant Nursery Manager. This is the perfect role for an experienced room leader or deputy seeking to grow their leadership skills in a supportive setting.

Your responsibilities:

• Assist the Nursery Manager with daily operations

• Support and lead a high-quality team of practitioners

• Maintain safeguarding and EYFS excellence across the setting

• Step up confidently in the manager's absence

• Level 3 or above in Childcare

• Supervisory or room leader experience

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Passion for quality childcare and team development
