Location: Regional travel across London, Northern Home Counties & Kent

Our client is a specialist contractor within the fire protection sector, seeking a Small Works Manager to oversee a range of passive fire protection projects. These works will primarily involve maintenance, remedials, and smaller-scale installations across residential and commercial properties.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing small works, particularly within loft spaces, and will be confident coordinating multiple jobs simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and deliver multiple small PFP projects across the region
• Carry out site inspections, manage operatives, and ensure compliance with regulations
• Liaise with clients, surveyors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all installations meet certification standards

Requirements:

• SMSTS or SSSTS certification
• FIRAS or BM TRADA accreditation (essential)
• Proven experience in passive fire protection, especially within loft environments
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally
