The Opportunity

You'll be joining a supportive and established team working closely with Advisers and Paraplanners to deliver an exceptional client experience.

This isn't just data processing - it's a hands-on, client-focused financial administration role offering progression, learning, and exposure to the full advice process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end financial administration process for new and existing clients.
• Prepare client packs, valuations, application forms, and letters of authority.
• Liaise directly with providers, clients, and internal teams to ensure cases progress smoothly.
• Support the production of suitability letters and investment paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all compliance requirements are met.

About You

• 2-3 years of experience in financial administration within Wealth Management, Financial Planning, or IFA firms.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ambitious and keen to progress within a company that truly values its people.
