Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the organizations financial health by producing accurate financial reports, developing effective strategies, and implementing sound financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage the company's financial reports, including monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and statutory accounts.

Develop and oversee financial strategies to support business objectives and ensure long-term financial stability.

Manage the day-to-day operations of the finance department, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize financial performance.

Provide financial insights and analysis to the senior management team to aid strategic decision-making.

Lead the preparation and submission of tax returns and liaise with auditors, HMRC, and other regulatory bodies.

Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering their development and ensuring high performance.

Drive process improvements within the finance function to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

ACCA, ACA, CIMA qualified (or equivalent).

Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar senior finance role.

Strong knowledge of UK accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.

Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

High level of attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
