Senior Cost Manager / Commercial Manager -Permanent-Docklands

We are seeking a Senior Cost Manager to join a leading datacentre service provider with strong M&E background ideally within critical environments.

As the Senior Cost Manager, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to the senior cost manager in managing all building and services engineering costs on a wide variety of business as usual and major capital expenditure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in enhancing value for money while maintaining required installation standards and quality.
• Manage communication with project stakeholders, customers, suppliers and contractors, and maintain teamwork.
• Comply with companies policies and procedures.
• Manage strategic annual budget plus project work within cost planning, control and monitoring.
• Administration essential skills.

Requirements:

• 5 years of cost management experience.
• Demonstrated competence through work experience and/or qualifications.
• Ability to work within a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Pro-active approach.
• Commercial awareness.
• Diligence.

Desirable Skills:

• Degree or other equivalent qualification.
• Membership of Professional Institute.
• Clean driver's license.
• Knowledge of Coupa.
• Knowledge of ASite.
