Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and exceed sales targets by creating new specifications and project opportunities with both existing and new clients in your designated area.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with roofing contractors, architects, and specifiers to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Promote Langley Roofing Solutions product range to key stakeholders and deliver technical CPD seminars.
• Identify and develop new business with specialist contractors, turning them into long-term customers.
• Collaborate with our Refurbishment team to ensure maximum project success.
• Be part of a dynamic and supportive team, helping with marketing, technical support, and customer service whenever required.

What We re Looking For:

• Proven experience in the flat roofing industry, ideally in specification sales or construction-related environments.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence key decision-makers.
• A self-starter with excellent organisational skills and the drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Technical expertise in flat roofing systems and understanding of relevant building regulations.
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• A passion for delivering high-quality service and innovation in the construction industry.
