You'll be supporting experienced Insolvency Practitioners and case managers across a range of corporate insolvency cases - gaining hands-on experience from day one.
Typical tasks will include:
- Assisting in the preparation of formal reports, legal documents, and statutory forms
- Supporting the closure of insolvent and solvent companies (CVLs and MVLs)
- Liaising with directors, creditors, solicitors, and other stakeholders
- Handling correspondence and managing case files
- Investigating company affairs and financial records
- Working as part of a supportive, collaborative team across various types of appointments
What's needed to be a successful applicant:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Ideally a background or interest in finance, accounting, business, or law (but not essential)
- A positive attitude, curiosity, and the ability to work well as part of a team
- A baseline level of competency in using IT
