Facilities Manager

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to join a law firm in the City. Salary £70-80k. Hours: 8.30am to 5.15pm.

Our client, a medium-sized law firm (c.200 employees) in the City, is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee all aspects of the building. The role includes -

• Overseeing all leases
• Managing the budget
• Responsibility for all maintenance, repairs, health and safety
• File storage
• Liaising and negotiating with suppliers including Cleaning and Catering companies
• Managing external supplier relationships ensuring value for money
• Liaising regularly with employees and stakeholders including Senior Partners and Board Members of the firm
• Managing, implementing and overseeing various projects as required

You will require experience as a Facilities Manager in a law firm or similar corporate environment, and you must have excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage positively with the team. You will also need to be highly numerate and able to manage the firm's facilities' budget.

Salary to £80k plus benefits.
