Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Location: Saffron Walden, Essex

Salary: Up to 33,000p.a.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 17.00pm

Contract Type: Full time / Permanent

Our client based in Saffron Walden is looking for a full time Technical Support Specialist to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

As Technical Support Specialist your duties will include:

• Providing technical support across all company products
• Preparing quotes for customers
• Checking Purchase Orders
• Diagnosing faults and providing solutions
• Assisting with pre-sales & post- sales
• Application / product testing.

An ideal candidate for the Technical Support Specialist will have:

• Degree in Chemistry
• Previous experience in a technical support role
• IT literacy
• Hands on laboratory experience
• Excellent communication skills, verbal & written.
