You'll champion evidence-informed practice, reflective supervision, and strengths-based approaches, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence across the service. What you'll need to succeed

• A qualified social worker with significant frontline and supervisory experience in children's social care.
• A deep understanding of best practice models and a commitment to reflective, strengths-based work.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
• A passion for professional development and service improvement.
• Social Work Degree or equivalent
• Social Work England Registration
