Tradewind are partnered with a specialist provision seeking an experienced and engaging SEN Teacher passionate in supporting pupils with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.

The Role:

• Based at a specialist SEMH School in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire
• Small classes (avg. 6-8 pupils) with excellent 1:1 and class support staff
• Long-term role with potential for permanent opportunities
• Immediate start available (flexible for qualifying candidates)
• Supportive SLT who provide regular morning briefings to implement EHCP Targets

Requirements:

• Qualified SEN Teacher with SEMH teaching experience
• Strong knowledge of EHCPs, behaviour management, and understanding triggers
• Ability to build positive relationships and encourage pupil progress
• Enhanced DBS Checked, with subscription to update service (or willing to apply)
• x2 References (one of which is education based)
