About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Finance Manager to join our Client s dynamic team. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring robust financial control, and providing strategic financial insights to drive business performance. The ideal candidate will be highly qualified, with a strong track record in financial management and compliance within the UK market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the finance team, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with UK accounting standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including management reports.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with tax, VAT, and audit requirements.
• Provide strategic insights and financial analysis to senior management.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
• Implement and enhance internal financial controls and processes.
• Support business planning and decision-making through data-driven insights.

Qualifications & Experience:

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification (essential).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a senior finance role.
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and risk management.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Experience in industry-specific experience if required is an advantage.
