interim Damp and Mould Surveyor

My client, a local authority in the hertfordshire region, is currently looking to recruit for an interim Damp and Mould Surveyor on a 3-month contract.

Required:

• Strong Knowledge of Awaab's Law.
• Qualifications in Damp and Mould.
• Proven experience in damp and mould for a local authority.

Day to day:

• Diagnosing and specifying works.
• Raising orders.
• Contractor management.
• SOR.
• 5 surveys per day.

Package:

• £40/hour.
• £0.45p mileage site to site.
• 3 month initial contract.
