Learning & Workforce Development Lead

Are you eager to land a brand new role for the New Year? Our client in South London are looking for an experienced Learning & Workforce Development Lead to join their team and play a crucial role in their Social Care operations.

Position: Learning & Workforce Development Lead
Location: South London
Hourly Rate: £29.24 p/h Umbrella (Rates Are Negotiable)
Start: ASAP
Hours: Monday - Friday / 9am - 5pm
Duration: 5 months (Possible Extension)

Key Responsibilities

• To provide learning and development opportunities for staff in Health and Adult Social Care, to comply with statutory requirements, service priorities, local and national policies.
• To assist with workforce strategy priorities and build a strong stable skilled workforce who can work with residents to achieve best outcomes.
• To analyse, commission and design learning interventions that are planned and costed according to service needs.
• To undertake service wide training needs analysis and recommend suitable learning interventions making best use of resources.

Job Requirements

• 2 years or more exprience within a local authority envrionment or a similar organisation.
• Previous experience within a Learning & Development role or equivalent.
• A clean Enhanced DBS is essential for this role.
• Must hold a relevant qualification within Human Resources and/or Social Care.
