We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Worker (LSW) to join our supportive team in Cranleigh, Surrey. This is a fantastic chance to contribute to a positive, inclusive, and thriving educational environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support, care and teaching to autistic adult learners
• Plan, prepare and deliver activities supporting the development of knowledge and skills
• Provide behaviourally based support to reduce behaviours that impact the quality of life
• Provide personal care, encouraging and enabling adult learners to maintain acceptable levels of hygiene, including toileting, dressing and washing
• Support adult learner's participation in social, leisure and educational activities within the local community, applying theory based learning to practice
• Support adult learners to access work experience and employment opportunities
• Track adult learner progress, ensuring support, care and teaching is appropriate and effective

What we need from you:

• Eligibility to work in UK
• Experience working within a SEN environment is highly desirable, but a clear passion for and commitment to special education is essential
• Demonstrate genuine empathy, patience, and resilience
• Strong communication and time management skills
