Location: Aylesbury
Salary: Up to £35,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 17:00–05:00 (occasional Saturday overtime)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor night-time transport operations, ensuring deliveries meet performance and compliance standards.
- Lead and support a team of drivers, addressing performance issues and ensuring alignment with planning expectations.
- Oversee driver hours, vehicle defects, and infringements in line with transport regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams including compliance and contract management to maintain high standards.
- Use operational data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain service quality.
- Previous experience in transport or logistics operations, ideally within a night shift environment.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Confident communicator, especially over the phone.
- Knowledge of transport compliance and driver regulations.
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with a passion for operational excellence.
