Site Manager

I am working with a major UK residential developer who is looking for a Site Manager to work on a new phase of a new build residential development.

Applicants must have experience working on volume build RC frame residential developments

This role will interview/start asap.

Duties:

• Leading various subcontractor packages execution, ensuring a smooth and efficient construction process.
• Managing budgets, schedules, and resources, delivering on time and within budget while maintaining high quality.
• Overseeing contractors, fostering strong relationships and ensuring adherence to specifications and quality control.
• Ensuring strict adherence to building regulations and safety procedures, creating a safe work environment.
• Proactively managing risks, implementing solutions to minimise delays and ensure project success.
• Reporting project progress and key decisions, ensuring transparency.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Site Manager on new-build residential project
• Experience working with RC Frames
• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid tickets
• Strong understanding of construction processes, technical specifications, and building regulations.
• Proven leadership and team motivation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• A commitment to safety and environmental compliance.
