We are seeking a highly experienced M&A Director/Partner to join a growth and developing M&A practice. This is an opportunity to join a vibrant and growth orientated firm, and to drive our client's reputation and capabilities in the M&A space.

As the M&A Director/Partner, you will be responsible for the following:
In this role, you will work directly with Partners and Heads of Restructuring to advise on a diverse and complex portfolio of live opportunities. You will also showcase and drive forward capabilities in the M&A Advisory space, as well as take the lead in all stakeholder management, particularly in a client-facing environment. To be successful in this role, you should have significant, with a track record of leading complex deals and providing exceptional client service.
