Deputy Manager

Your new role
Working in a Residential children's Home in Redhill as Deputy Manager, supporting 6 children to lead a meaningful and happy life, and as part of leadership to the team. You will be working closely with the Registered Manager to the day-today operation of the home.
This is a Mon-Fri 9.00-18.00 role, with one weekend day per month (with a day off in lieu) + on call on a rota basis (Extra paid for being on call).

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience as Deputy manager with children or adults in Social Care.
• NVQ Level 3 or happy to work towards it.
• Right to work in the UK: Please note we do not offer Sponsorship.
