IFA Administrator Role

As an IFA Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting its advisers and paraplanners in the day-to-day administration of client affairs. From processing applications to managing client communications, you'll ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

IFA Administrator Key Responsibilities

• Processing new business applications (pensions, investments, protection, etc.)
• Maintaining accurate client records using back-office systems
• Preparing and sending client documentation and valuations
• Liaising with product providers to obtain information and updates
• Supporting advisers in the preparation for client meetings
• Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed in line with compliance requirements

IFA Administrator Requirements

• Previous experience in an IFA / financial planning administration role
• Strong knowledge of financial products and industry terminology
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Comfortable using financial planning software (e.g. Intelligent Office, XPlan, etc.)
• Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
