The Role As an MEP Contracts Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of multiple projects, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
- Estimating & Costing: Assess and price projects accurately to ensure viability and profitability.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple M&E contracts, coordinating teams and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
- Team Leadership: Manage supervisors, engineers, electricians, and apprentices while maintaining a productive and efficient workforce.
- Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce industry regulations, produce RAMS, and promote a safe working environment.
What We re Looking For - 5+ years of experience in an MEP Contracts Manager or senior supervisory role.
- Proven ability to estimate project costs with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, capable of overseeing multiple teams.
- Extensive knowledge of health & safety regulations in the building services sector.
- Industry connections that can bring in new projects and drive business growth would be a major advantage.
