Panel Coordination Manager

About the role

We're looking for a Panel Coordination Manager to lead a dynamic team responsible for the effective scheduling and deployment of our Panel Members. These panels play a vital role in our fitness to practise processes, and your leadership will ensure they run smoothly, fairly, and efficiently. You'll be at the heart of decision-making, ensuring our processes run like clockwork while keeping people at the centre of everything we do.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading and inspiring a team to deliver high-quality panel coordination in a fast-moving environment.
• Driving innovation and continuous improvement in how we allocate and manage Panel Members.
• Using data and digital tools (including D365) to streamline processes and boost efficiency.
• Taking ownership and being accountable for performance, delivery, and service excellence.
• Collaborating across teams to support fair, transparent, and timely outcomes.
