Position: Teaching Assistant
Qualifications: PGCE, Classroom Experience, and Relevant Teaching Assistant Qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons and supporting student learning.
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them to achieve their academic goals.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation.
• Help with classroom management and promote positive behaviour among students.
• Collaborate with teachers to track student progress and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• PGCE qualification.
• Previous experience in a classroom setting, supporting diverse learners.
• Relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
