Graduate Structural Engineer

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a skilled Graduate Structural Engineer to join a well-established engineering consultancy, in a permanent position. The successful candidate will be required to work on-site from our client's London office, in which you will be responsible for a variety of Civil, Structural, Geotechnical and Environmental projects, as a valuable member of a highly motivated team of engineers and professionals.

-Competitive salary ranging from £25,000-£30,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

-Support the design and analysis of structural components using a variety of materials, such as concrete, steel, timber, and masonry.

-Create concise technical drawings, reports, and calculations that all comply with UK standards and regulations.

- Participate in site inspections and client meetings, contributing to the successful delivery of projects from initial design through to final completion.

-Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other engineering professionals.

-Assist with the creation and maintenance of planning and construction documents.

-Pursue ongoing professional development with a clear pathway towards chartership.

What We Are Looking For:

-Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience (candidates with no experience will be considered).

-Solid understanding of structural engineering principles, and with the use of Eurocodes and British Standards.

-Prior experience with design and analysis software (Tekla, Tedds, and/or AutoCAD) is ideal.

-Strong communicator in both verbal and written manners, with a proactive approach to work.

-Full UK driving license is desirable.
