They are seeking a driven and experienced Customs Service Executive to spearhead and develop growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong freight background to shape and grow a key service offering.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the company's customs services portfolio across European and Asian markets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the freight forwarding sector.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and customs authorities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of customs services with sea and road freight operations.
• Stay up to date with international trade regulations and customs compliance requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Freight Forwarding Experience: Proven background in freight forwarding is essential.
• Modal Knowledge: Current or very recent experience in seafreight and roadfreight is highly desirable.
• Business Development Skills: Strong track record of developing and maintaining lasting business relationships.
• Customs Expertise: Solid understanding of customs procedures, documentation, and compliance across Europe and Asia.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Self-Starter: Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid working environment.
