A well-established London Market insurance business are seeking a Process Improvement professional to join the team based in London. You will have the opportunity to work directly with the C-Suite and leaders across different divisions to identify areas of improvement and drive process optimisation using lean methodologies.

The successful candidates will have the following experience:- Experience working in a process improvement role within the insurance industry- Experience using Lean Six Sigma methodologies - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, working with all levels of seniority
