Assistant Accountant

Pinpoint Resourcing are currently working with a recruitment company based in Bromley to source a permanent Assistant Accountant.

This role will offer exposure and development into management accounts.

Duties:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis and processing of month end journals including prepayments, accruals, and depreciation
• Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of budgets and forecasts
• Maintaining multi-currency cashflow forecast
• Analysis and preparation of management information for inclusion within monthly and quarterly board presentations
• Preparation of statutory audit deliverables
• Processing invoices
• Reconciling various bank accounts
• Reconciling intercompany balances

Skills and abilities needed:

• Studying towards an Accounting Professional Qualification - AAT/ACCA/CIMA
• At least two years relevant experience
• Intermediate Excel skills (e.g. Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, Sumifs).

Salary + other information:

• Paying between 33,000 - 37,000
• 3 days in the office 2 days from home
• Early finish on a Friday
