Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Banking Consultant to lead our consulting team and provide expert guidance to our clients in the banking sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of banking operations, financial products, and market trends, along with exceptional leadership and client management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored banking solutions.
• Strategic Planning: Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to enhance client banking operations and profitability.
• Project Management: Oversee multiple consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes.
• Market Analysis: Monitor economic trends and market changes to provide clients with up-to-date advice and recommendations.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of banking consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Compliance: Ensure all consulting activities comply with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, preparing proposals and pitches to secure new consulting assignments.
• Thought Leadership: Contribute to the development of thought leadership materials, including white papers and industry reports.
• Domain Knowledge: Prior experience in the Banking space covering a few departments that may include Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Credit Cards, Payments, Corporate Banking, Treasury, Securities Services, Trade Services, Factoring etc
