What You'll Do:

• Lead by example, delivering exceptional serviceto every guest.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in day-to-dayoperations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Motivate and coach the team to achieve highperformance and maintain our quality standards.
• Monitor stock levels, handle deliveries, andensure accurate record-keeping.
• Assist in managing rotas, ensuring adequatestaffing levels for peak times.
• Handle customer feedback professionally,resolving issues promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain health and safety standards, ensuringcompliance with all food hygiene regulations.

What You'll Bring to the Role:

• You will have previous experience in a Supervisoror Team Leader role within a Hospitality or fast paced restaurant setting.
• Have a passion for great Italian food andcreating memorable customer experiences.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability tomotivate and inspire your team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach toproblem-solving and multitasking.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, andholidays as required.
• A commitment to upholding Franco Manca's valuesand delivering top-quality service.
