Contract: Permanent/Full Time
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
Location: City of London (Near Bank Station)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm

Role Overview: As an M&E Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all mechanical and electrical maintenance operations within a high-end commercial building. You will lead and support a team of onsite engineers, ensuring all planned and reactive maintenance tasks are completed to the highest standards while maintaining compliance with health & safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and support a team of onsite M&E maintenance engineers.
- Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
- Act as a hands-on leader, assisting with technical issues and problem-solving.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for technical support.
- Manage contractor activities, ensuring all external work meets required standards.
- Monitor and report on building systems, identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and compliance documentation.
Requirements: - Strong technical background in both mechanical and electrical maintenance.
- Previous experience supervising maintenance teams within a commercial building.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Understanding of compliance, health & safety regulations, and building management systems.
