Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist (6-Month Temp Role) Milton Keynes (Hybrid with Travel) Full-Time Immediate Start (1 -Week Notice Max)Are you a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced commercial environment?We're seeking an experienced Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a dynamic in-house recruitment team for a 6-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by managing high-volume recruitment across a variety of roles. What You'll Be Doing:
Managing
15-20 live vacancies at any one time across multiple departments.Owning the end-to-end recruitment process: stakeholder engagement, advertising, CV screening, interview coordination, interviewing, and offer management.Partnering with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and timelines.Ensuring a seamless candidate experience and timely delivery of recruitment outcomes. Location & Travel:
Based in Milton Keynes office 1 day per week.Travel required 1-2 days per week to other UK sites (expenses reimbursed).Occasional overnight stays (accommodation provided). What You'll Need:
