Senior Surveyor / Associate - Leisure Sector Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 + Car Allowance Location: London

About the Role
This is a great fit for a MRICS-qualified surveyor and Registered Valuer with solid general practice experience.

The role involves:

Delivering Expert Advice: Provide tailored consultancy and valuation services to a wide range of leisure clients, backed by robust analysis and clear, insightful reporting.

Client Relationship Management: Work closely with key industry players, understanding their objectives and providing high-quality, strategic advice.

Mentoring & Leadership: Support junior colleagues with guidance and mentorship, playing an active role in team development.

Business Development: Help grow the team's profile and client base-building relationships, spotting new opportunities, and collaborating across departments.
