Terms: Continental Shift (Days & Nights)

Salary/rate: Salary is paying up to 55,000 Per annum.

Requirements:

• City & Guilds or NVQ in Electrical Installations
• 17th or 18th Edition
• Building Services experience
• High Voltage Approved Person (Desired)

About the company: I am working with a leading facilities maintenance company growing rapidly who operate in the Building Services Industry, offering great careers for progression. Our client has roughly 500 clients that they work closely with meaning loads of new opportunities coming up and room for progression within.

About the role: We are looking to take on board an engineer to be based on a high end multi tenated site in Bishopsgate, London. You will be part of a 2 man shift team completing maintenance across the site. The site offers plenty of overtime as well as variosu other benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Lighting (small installation, fault-finding, lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. hot & cold)
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors
