Pay Rates

38,000 to 42,000 depending on experience

As a Workforce management team leader you will need to have:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the workforce management or related roles, with on year in a leadership position.

Strong analytical skills with experience in using workforce planning software tools (eg Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access etc)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across departments.

Demonstrate leadership qualities and experiencing managing a team.
