Are you an Estimator with a background in Fa ades / Cladding or similar looking for a fully autonomous role offering the chance to be the go-to person on a specialist range of projects role within an Award Winning company offering ongoing progression opportunities and a bonus to increase your earnings?

This company, established over 30 years ago now have a turnover of over 45million and employ over 700+ tradesmen. They offer a number of specialist services within Construction including Facades, Recladding and Drylining to a range of commercial clients, working on projects such as high rise apartment buildings. They have continued to grow since their establishment, and are looking to add an Estimator to their growing team.

In this varied role you will support business growth as the go to Fa ade Estimator. Your responsibilities include estimating project costs, managing bidding and tendering documents. You will collaborate with internal departments such as in house designers and project managers throughout the process as you use your wealth of expertise. This is a largely office / home based role with limited travel.

This role would suit an Estimator with a background in Facades, looking for a varied role within a multi-million pound business where you will have the opportunity to share your specialist skillset as you progress your career.

The Role:

• Estimating project costs, bidding and tendering.
• Work closely with Senior Management.
• Hybrid role with limited travel to sites.
