What You'll Be Doing:

• Working closely with tech companies to understand their hiring needs
• Sourcing, screening, and placing candidates into IT and tech roles
• Managing the full recruitment cycle from client briefing to candidate offer
• Building lasting relationships with clients and candidates
• Hitting targets and earning commission on every successful placement

What We're Looking For:

• A recent graduate (any subject welcome)
• Confident communicator with a strong work ethic
• Ambitious, competitive, and eager to learn
• Resilient and able to thrive in a target-driven environment
• Interest in sales, business, or technology is a bonus - but not essential
